What will we do in one of your workshops?
We do a mixture of learning, discussing, and reflecting - all on the topic of the workshop. We have a lot of group discussion, pair work, and resource sharing. If you're not sure if you'll benefit from one of my workshops, please don't hesitate to get in touch with me and we can talk it through.

Can I book a virtual workshop for my team?
My virtual workshops are geared towards individual clients. If you would like me to come to your workplace, please get in touch with me. I have tailored plans for teams that want to do this work together.
What if I don't know what I don't know?
This is a VERY common question from my clients and, basically, what this question is asking is: 'Where do I start?' I always recommend for my clients to start with the identities workshop as it is the foundation of all future workshops and discussions. I find it incredibly important to not only be aware of our identities and how we show up in the world, but also how others do.
