About Me
Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DEI) Consultant
Let me introduce myself – my name is Cristina Penin (she/her) and I am based in Madrid, Spain. Born and raised in Queens, NY, I bring a global perspective to my work as a DEIB consultant. My mission is to serve as a bridge between cultures, fostering understanding and inclusion across all levels of an organization. Whether you’re looking to transform your workplace or enhance your personal understanding of DEIB, I’m here to guide you every step of the way. My work has ranged from direct service to management and at the core of it all: I am an educator. In my career and in my personal life, I have seen firsthand the long-lasting effects of systematic oppression. I am dedicated to guiding folks on their anti-racist journey to better their understanding of systemic racism and thus be a vehicle for change in their homes, communities, and workplaces.

There are a lot of DEI coaches out there and I believe you have to choose the right one for you and/or your business! This work is constantly evolving and, if you are just starting out, can feel really overwhelming. I am committed to meeting all my clients where they are, pushing you out of your comfort zone (that's why you hire me!), and being a non-judgmental educator. As a DEI Consultant and Learning & Development Facilitator, I work closely with HR and C-suite leaders to develop comprehensive strategies that foster inclusive workplaces. My services include training on intersectionality, addressing microaggressions, and guiding organizations toward more equitable practices. I know I can help you, your team, and your business grow and become more inclusive.

What Can We Do Together?
Group Coaching
I conduct online workshops where we start, continue, and dig deeper into our anti-racist work. There will be a 15-minute consultation prior to placing a client in a group to ensure that all members are at a similar point in their journey. Personalized group workshops available upon consultation.
Corporate Coaching & Consulting
This service varies depending on the needs of each company. I offer analysis of your work culture, team-building exercises, feedback sessions, corporate retreat workshops, and much more. Get in touch with me if you would like to know how I can help you and your business.
Individual Coaching
I will be your personal coach. Each one of my 1:1 clients will receive a monthly 45-minute private session and weekly work to do. This is the best option for folks who want to have the freedom to dig deeper, prefer to start their journey individually, or would like to have someone challenge them throughout their journey on being more inclusive.
